Isoolefins

Isoolefins are a family of monoolefins obtained by oligomerisation of isobutylene. They include dimers (DIB, DIB-HP, CoDI) and a trimer (TIB). Isoolefins are used either as comonomers or in the synthesis of a wide range of chemical products including alcohols, thiols, esters, alkylated aromatics, used as plasticizers, stabilizers, additives for fuels or pesticides.
